Video is released for National Autism Awareness MonthHeartwood Media completes video for The Birchtree Center in Newington
Heartwood Media, an award-winning Manchester, NH based TV and digital media production company recently completed a video project for The Birchtree Center, a New Hampshire non-profit helping children and youth with autism.
The Birchtree Center improves the quality of life for children and youth with autism and their families through nurturing relationships, therapeutic programming and specialized education. They offer the only program of its kind in the state of New Hampshire. The video captures their transformative services through the eyes of one of their students.
“Heartwood's video experts helped us focus our story and capture the perfect footage and interviews to show the impact our nonprofit's programs have on families living with autism in northern New England,” said Jessica Files Squier, Director of Development and Community Relations for Birchtree. “Heartwood Media quickly grasped what we're about and what kind of story we wanted to tell about our autism programs. They demonstrated that they understood and embraced our nonprofit's mission. When they filmed in our classrooms, they were remarkably unobtrusive. They made our interviewees feel at ease, and they were always upbeat and encouraging, with a great sense of humor that made it fun. We're delighted with the final video and hope we'll have the chance to work with Heartwood Media again.”
