Keene State College Film Archives and Special Collection of the Wallace E. Mason Library is hosting a premiere for the newly restored film "When Lincoln Paid", directed by Francis Ford (1913). The film, considered long lost, was recently discovered in a New Hampshire barn. Through a grant from the National Film Preservation Foundation and support from the Eastman House (Rochester, NY), the film has been fully restored. This will be the first screening of the movie in 97 years.

The event is being sponsored by the Keene State College Film Archives, Special Collections of Mason Library, Film Studies Department, and KSC Film Society.

Following the screening, Dr. Larry Benaquist, Professor Emeritus of Film Studies, will give a lecture.
