'My House is Worth What?' coming to New Hampshire

HGTV's "My House is Worth What?" is coming to New Hampshire.

Each week on "My House Is Worth What?" three homeowners in three different parts of the country work on making their home as valuable on the local housing market as possible. They get a professional assessment and evaluation from local market experts, then get the bottom line on how well their efforts paid off. Often the final number is a big surprise to the homeowner.

With the ups and downs of the current real estate market, it may be worth your while to find out what your home may sell for in today's market. If you appear on "My House is Worth What?" you'll get a free evaluation of your home by the experts and host Kendra Todd.

Todd is a real estate expert and the managing broker of the Kendra Todd Group, a real estate firm that matches buyers with properties that fit their goals and helps them achieve financial freedom. She was the first woman to win "The Apprentice," Donald Trump's show that pits businesspeople against each other to wind the grand prize of a job with Trump.

As a real estate broker, investor, entrepreneur, author and lecturer, she is dedicated to educating consumers and inspiring others to reach their financial goals and dreams.

The show's producers will shoot three or four homes when they visit the area. They've already chosen two, but still need to find the last couple of candidates.

Homeowners:

Do you own a home in within 20 minutes of Manchester/Concord?

Are you looking for a professional evaluation of your home's market value (comparing original purchase price with any renovations made to come up with a current sales price)?

Are you thinking of moving, downsizing or even upgrading into a new home?

Do you want to know what a recent upgrade or renovation has done to your overall home's value?

Do you want to take advantage of the equity in your home for a vacation around the world, your child's college or wedding?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, "My House is Worth What?" wants to hear your story.

You must submit a picture of yourself and home and you and your family must make the producers a video tour of your home, showing off the house and the projects you have done (or the projects you want to do if it's worth the money.)

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

To enter, go to http://www.pietown.tv/Shows/mhiww_applicationowners.html.

The shoots will be in New Hampshire in early June. The producers would like to hear from all interested homeowners by the end of April.
