Funding opportunities for filmmakers, from LEF New England

The deadline to apply for LEF Moving Image Fund Pre-production funding is Friday, June 8 2012 at 5:00pm. Up to 7 awards of $5,000 each will be given to project in the Pre-production stage. Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact LEF Program Director Sara Archambault at sara@lef-foundation.org with details about the project prior to submitting a proposal. Apply

The Catapult Film Fund is now accepting applications for its Spring funding round. The  Fund provides development funding to documentary filmmakers who have a compelling story to tell, have secured access to their story and are ready to shoot and edit a piece for production fundraising purposes.
