Looking for film students for documentary project

[Received this opportunity for students from Tom Powley - see below.]

I am looking to get 2-3 film students interested in making a documentary about a 5K race to benefit an Exeter area science teacher who suffered a stroke and as a result has become significantly disabled. She will be riding a custom made bike for the event along with nearly 500 participants who will be running or walking. Film students would be working for the experience. Students would need their own video camcorders and audio recording equip. It would be a single project on May 23, starting early that morning at the Exeter High School to capture the set up through the finish of the event. Some possible footage of the woman's home/farm in Barrington might also be desired. Money raised from the event is to be used to install an elevator in her home. Travel costs and food would be provided to students. I would be editing the footage with Final Cut Pro on my own or if desired, with the students.

If interested, please contact Tom Powley 603-778-0466 or tompowley@comcast.net.
