"The Leslie Taylor Show" seeks comedy writers

"The Leslie Taylor Show," an entertainment news magazine show that begins each week with a sketch starring Host Leslie Taylor, is seeking comedy sketch writers to submit spec scripts for production consideration. The show is produced by Alexius OmniMedia in association with Kinney Hill Media Partners and airs Sundays at 2pm on MyTV New England.

Upcoming topics (in order) include:
Independence Day
Photography
New Hampshire Film
Theatre
Social Media
Crafts
Maine Film
Fairs/Festivals
Comedians
Fashion (Also Labor Day, maybe tie in back to school also)

We are open to other topics as long as they stay within the theme of the show.

Please submit spec scripts with theme in the subject line of the email
Ex: The Leslie Taylor Show - Comedy Sketch - Independence Day

Our next shoot date is 6/21 so we would like to select our "Independence Day" script no later than Wednesday 6/16.
We may select one sooner if it's funny.

Specs:
3-5 pages/minutes
Starring Leslie
No more than one other Actor.
Ideally one location.
No effects/no heavy graphics

If selected script will be produced and aired. Writer will receive "Written by.." credit in both the credits and on IMDB.
$100.00.
The show is not yet WGA signatory.
