2012 SNOB (Somewhat North Of Boston) FILM FESTIVAL
NOVEMBER 8TH - 11TH 2012
RED RIVER THEATRES, CONCORD NH
Filmmaker’s Challenge!
The 2012 SNOB Film Festival invites all aspiring filmmakers to partake in this year’s “Filmmaker’s Challenge” event.
This highlight of the 4-day festival is an ongoing challenge, geared towards amateur filmmakers, to create a 30-second ‘turn off your cell phone’ skit. These skits allow individuals without a film in the festival to contribute their own artistic piece.
Every moviegoer at one point in his or her life sees the short warnings or humorous skits before a film airs to let the audience know ‘it’s time to silence your cell phone.’ This is an opportunity to make your own and have it played before a film goes on.
The 2012 SNOB Film Festival itself is a collaborative effort between filmmakers and film enthusiasts to showcase independent cinema to the Concord, NH area. This event takes place Nov. 8-11 at Red River Theatres in downtown Concord, NH.
Take a seat in the director’s chair and submit your 30-second ‘turn off your cell phone’ skit to the 2012 SNOB Film Festival today.
